Free ground shipping on all orders of $500 or more. Once your order is dispatched it will be delivered to home within 3-5 business days. Free shipping offer is automatically applied at time of checkout. Free shipping cannot be redeemed or exchanged as cash or value towards merchandise. Offer terms and delivery times may change without notice.

Tracking you Orders

You can track your order by clicking on "Track your Package" link located on Order Status page. You also can track your order, by simply clicking on the Tracking number located in your shipping confirmation email. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery times may vary. Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays are excluded from shipping window estimates.

Specialty / Custom items

Please be aware, that customized items are subject to longer processing and shipping windows.

Be advised, some items may take additional time to process and/or may not be in stock at time of purchase. Not all items will ship at the same time.

Item Availability

Due to the uniqueness of our handcrafted customized designs, we only produce a limited quantity at a time of each item. If there is a high demand of any item, we do offer a pre-order option, where we can place your name on a waiting list with a credit card hold for a pending charge of the total amount, however, card will not be officially charged until product becomes available, you will be notified that the product is being released for immediate shipment, and charge will be issued in full to credit card on file. 

Additional information that you should know

• We do not ship Saturdays and Sundays
• We are unable to make edits once an order is submitted
• We can not ship to P.O boxes or APO / DPO Addresses
• All orders are subject to address varification
• FedEx delivers shipments Monday-Friday (for 3rd business, 2nd business and overnight orders)
