I didn't receive my order confirmation, what do I do?

If you did not receive your email confirmation please send us an email to Customerservice@cvbella.com

I just placed an order, can I check the status of it online?

Yes, you can use our "Check your order" feature, simply enter your order number and email used when placing order. 

What if an item is unavailable or out of stock?

While we take every measure to fulfill your order fully, on occasionally some items may be unavailable. We will notify you through the email address the order was placed on, in most cases it will come through on your order confirmation. If there are any changes, and an item becomes completely unavailable, a full refund for the item will be issued back to the original form of payment. 

How do I modify or Cancel my order?

Due to our quick processing time and specialty products, we do not accept cancellations or modifications once an order is completed and processed.

I just placed an order and now a day later the product is listed for sale. Do you honor a price adjustment?

Unfortunately, sales are not predetermined and can take place based on the market value and seasonal. We occasionally send out promotional emails with coupon codes, sale dates, special events, and more. Sign up to be a part of our mailing list to learn more about the special sales and promotions we offer.

Do you offer gift wrap?

While we do not offer gift packaging, our products come nicely packaged and all pricing will be removed from packaging as long as it is noted when placing order. 

When will my order be processed?

If your order fits all of our authorization requirements, then all orders that are placed between 9am - 2pm EST will be processed same day. Depending on the item and the specialty requirements will determine shipment range. Orders tat are placed on Holidays and/or weekends will be processed the following business day. 

Are there any fees for my returns?

For authorized returns, you will be required purchase your return shipping label. Return shipping fee is required to be paid by customer. We take value in the quality of our product and truly believe that you will love all products received. 

If there is a needed return and it has been approved for return, a credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

If you are using both a Gift Card and a credit card to pay for an order, the full Gift Card value will be deducted first, and then the balance will be paid using your credit card. 

How do I track my order?

For online orders, just click on the link in your confirmation email. Unfortunately tracking is not available for international delivery.

Sales Tax

Taxes are based on the order's "Ship To" address.

International

If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country's local customs office.
