We take pride in our products and stand by our quality of items.Due to the high value of our customized products, we do have a 15 day return policy. All products must be in original condition and packaging with original tags, unworn, and undamaged.

Terms and Conditions

Shipping and Handling fees are nonrefundable. We do not cover the return shipping fees. Returns must be made through UPS or FedEx to .

There is a $5.99 restock fee per item returned. Once order is received back to CVBella Fulfillment center, refund will be issued back to the original form of payment that was received, less the restocking fees within 7-10 business days from the time of receipt.

We do not accept returns for the following items:

Customized pieces, swimwear, undergarments, lingerie, earrings, fine jewelry, bridal, personalized items, and/or clearance items. On these products all sales are final.

We do not accept the responsibility of a product that may have gotten lost or damaged in transit during return.
